Meet Heather Ackmann

Heather Ackmann is an instructional designer, educator, consultant, and Microsoft MVP with more than 20 years of experience designing and delivering learning experiences. Her background includes corporate training, higher education, business writing, technology adoption, curriculum development, and accessibility.

As a university lecturer, course author, and sought-after trainer, Heather specializes in transforming complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences. She is particularly passionate about helping people build confidence with technology, improve workplace communication, and develop skills they can immediately apply in their work.
